CHEQUEO MEDICO PREVENTIVO Una investigaciòn efectuada en Navarra, España, que analizo a 22 mil pacientes españoles, establece que las enfermedades que se detectan con mayor frecuencia son la alteraciòn de los niveles de lìpidos, obesidad, hipertensiòn y diabetes.  Expertos aconsejan visitar al mèdico una vez al año, para detectar a tiempo posibles enfermedades.

CONVIVENCIA Las actividades lùdicas que los niños efectùan con sus padres ayudan al crecimiento de su cerebro, segùn investigadores de la Universidad de Pennsylvania.   Los expertos aseguran que la estimulaciòn mental que reciben los niños a las 4 años tiene relaciòn con el grosor de dos regiones de la corteza cerebral en la adolescencia.
